  4. PUBLIC PROCUREMENT OF DRUGS AND MEDICAL DEVICES IN NEW CONDITIONS.. What has really changed with the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "On public procurement" in April this year, and whether a new law effectively solve the existing problems in the procurement of pharmaceutical products, including issues related to the formation of the technical specification of the procurements’ subject, significant increase of the exchange rate etc?
  5. RISK ZONES IN THE SPHERE OF COMPETITION: manufacturer–distributor–retail. Discounts, bonuses, remuneration. Issues of particular attention of Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. Cases of investigations of AMCU. As well as few remarks on unfair advertisement and competition wars.
