Legal Alliance Company invites you to participate in the seminar: Provisions of the new order of pricing on medicinal products.
The workshop will address the queries arising out of the experience of applying the new July Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the referential pricing and implementation the Resolution “Procedure of the calculation of wholesale prices for medicinal products” (approved by MOH August 20, 2014 No 584/1011).
It should be reminded that according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine July 2, 2014 No. 240 all applicants must re-declare wholesale prices for all medicinal products till March 1,2015.
It is expecting that when this resolution will come into force the procedure of declaration of change of wholesale prices of medical products which was suspended through postponed resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine August 13,2012 No 794 on 15th of July ,2014 will be re-established.
The workshop will cover the principles of the reference pricing, procedure for calculation and declaration of the price and the impact of introduction of the new procedure. Participants will also be advised on how to work in conformity with the current Resolution.
