March 13, 2013 (Wednesday) the Legal Alliance Company will hold a mini-workshop entitled “Interaction with medical representatives of pharmaceutical companies and pharmaceutical workers: how to take into account the anti-corruption legislation and legal restrictions."
The event will be held from 16:00 to 18:00 in BC "Palladium City" (Kiev, 172, Gorky str., 8th Floor, Rm. 817).
The workshop program will consist of the following questions:
- Anti-corruption provisions of Ukrainian legislation and practice: analysis of cases
- Requirements of FCPA: principles / practices used in Ukraine
- Legal restrictions / prohibitions on interacting with medical specialists: review of examples
