10.04.2014 on the web-site of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine were released the results of consideration and vote in regard of draft Law “On state procurement” (in new edition) No. 4587 of 27.03.2014. The parliament passed the law.
Previously Prime Minister Arseny Yatseniuk, presenting the importance of law to parliament, said the funds will not be assigned until its adoption. The aforementioned law is targeted on liquidation of corruptive practices and contains numerous amendments in comparison with the Law of Ukraine “On state procurement” No. 2289-VI of 01.06.2010.
