The seminar will cover the most common questions that arise in connection with the distribution of samples of drugs, such as:
- How to avoid problems with taxation: non-profit status of the representative / personal income tax / VAT?
- How not to break the license terms?
- How not substitute the doctor? Issues of corruption, about storing drugs, restrictions on cooperation with pharmaceutical companies.
- What if medical representative is asked to open the trunk? How to explain the presence of drugs? If caught with samples in hospitals / pharmacy?
- How to distribute the samples legally? Gray / white scheme used by the market.
