The Government adopted Resolution No. 1083 dated December 27, 2017, amending Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 557 dated August 23rd, 2016 "On Approval of the List of Medicinal Products and Medical Products Procured on the Basis of Purchase Agreements with Procurement Organizations Conducting Procurement for Budget Funds in 2016 under Budget Program 2301400 "Implementing Individual State Programs and Complex Systematic Measures ".
Resolution No. 1083 came into force on December 30th, 2017.
The amended resolution specifies that for the purposes of this resolution the term "medical product" applies to any articles (products) provided in the list.
In addition, the resolution changed the number of medical products purchased in accordance with the program, as well as excluded a few items of such products.
Also, the resolution excludes several items of medicines for the treatment of patients with viral hepatitis B and C, makes changes in the dosages of certain drugs and excludes the section "Laboratory Monitoring of HIV Resistance to Abbott RealTime".
We also draw your attention to the fact that on December 20th, 2017 the first part of the projects (nomenclature) of medicinal products, medical products, equipment and other goods, works, services, which will be procured for budget funds under Budget Program 2301400 "Implementing Individual State Programs and Complex Systematic Measures". That is, it is a list of goods that will be procured by international specialized organizations at the expense of the State Budget for 2018.
