On May, 19 2015 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the appointment of Yuriy Terentyev as the Head of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
Yuriy Terentyev is the successful lawyer with the profound expertise. Since April 12, 2012 till appointment has been the General Counsel at“Arcelor Mittal Ukraine”.
We especially appreciate Mr. Terentyev’s experience as the leader of specialists, who had provided legal advising of the activity of Ukrainian department of American pharmaceutical company “Bristol-Myers Squibb”. It should be noted that Bristol-Myers Squibb is the global biopharmaceutical company and aims, in particular, to elaboration and supply of innovative medicinal products for patients suffered from cancer, cardiovascular disease, HBs and hepatitis C, HIV/AIDS and rheumatic arthritis.
We should remind that Yuriy superseded Mykola Barabash as acting the Head of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
