On 25.10.2016, the AMCU conducted a meeting where it presented a Report on how all stages of medicinal products marketing influence competition and pricing starting from products’ registration to their sale to end consumer. The document highlights the issues of pharma markets operation, the reasons for unworkable competition emergence on these markets, proposes the remedies for the basis of competition law violations by market players and regulators.
