On September 14, 2016, the Ministry of Health adopted an Order № 513 dated 03.06.2016 "On Approval of the Members of Working Group on Reference Pricing for Medicinal Products". The number of Working Group members was extended. Currently the Working Group consists of 38 members: the Ministry of Health representatives, State Expert Center, and members of subject matter non-governmental organizations representing the interests of local and foreign medicinal products’ manufacturers, pharmacists and patients. The Working Group is headed by Mr. Roman Ilyk, Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine.
On September 15, 2016, MOH adopted the Order № 974 dated 15.09.2016 "On Changes of Members of Working Group on Development of Reimbursement System of Prices for Insulin" and MOH Order № 975 dated 15.09.2016 "On Changes of Members of Working Group on Improvement of Pilot Project on Implementation of State Regulation of Prices for Medicinal Products for Hypertension Treatment».
Consequently, the following members joined the Working Group on the reimbursement of prices for insulin:
As for the Working Group on improvement of pilot project on implementation of state regulation of prices for medicinal products for hypertension treatment, Deshini Lakshminarayana, Head of the Representative office of “Micro Labs Limited” joined the members of this group.
