Dmytro Aleshko, Partner with Legal Alliance, has been admitted to membership in the Ministry of Health Working Group on Improvement of the Legislation for Medical Products Advertising. The Working Group was developed according to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine Order № 467 from July 24, 2015.
In accordance with the Order the first Deputy Minister Oleksandra Pavlenko has been assigned to the position of the Working Group Head. Deputy Minister Viktor Shafransky and acting Chief of Pharmaceutical Activity and Pharmaceuticals Quality Control Directorate of the Ministry of Health Taras Lyaskovsky were appointed as Deputy Heads of the Working Group.
