Ministry of Health of Ukraine Order №684 «On Establishment of the Working Group on State Procurement System Reform in the Sphere of Healthcare» came into effect on October 19, 2015. The Order approved the list of Working Group members.
On the whole, the Working Group consists of 30 members. Legal Alliance is represented in the advisory body by Partner Dmytro Aleshko, who is in charge of pharmaceutical regulation and policy-making practices.
In accordance with the Order within the two month upon its approval, the Working Group shall develop the Draft Act of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine regarding the Concept for Reformation of state procurement system for medicinal products and medical devices and publish it on official website of the Ministry of Health for public consideration. Subject matter experts and representatives from other Ministries, state authorities, non-governmental and international organizations, upon their consent in accordance with the law, shall be involved into this work, if required.
The first meeting of the Working Group is already appointed and shall take place on October 21, 2015.
