On October 19th, 2017, Kyiv hosted IV marketing and business conference of the pharmaceutical industry professionals "Live Today" organized by Zdorovo company.
The event brought together over 100 representatives of the pharmaceutical business, medical institutions, as well as marketing experts in the pharmaceutical area.
At the conference the participants discussed current issues of the global and domestic pharmaceutical market and its legal regulation, marketing tools for improving the pharmaceutical business, and related issues of risk management.
Legal Alliance Company was represented by Dmytro Aleshko, partner, speaking at the second session with the report "Regulation of Medicines Procured / Reimbursed for Budgetary Funds. Analysing Changes."
Dmytro in his report noted that in 2017 the program "Affordable Medications" proved its effectiveness and will be continued next year, and the list of medicines for reimbursement will be expanded by entries from the National List.
The event focused on the transformation of Ukraine's intellectual property sector on its path toward European integration.
