On February 19th, 2018 Kyiv hosted XIII annual analytical forum “Pharmavision-2018” organized by Morion and UkrComExpo companies. The forum was devoted to the results of the last year and tendencies of pharmaceutical market development in 2018.
At the event which gathered key actors of Ukrainian pharmaceutical market, prospects of pharmaceutical regulation in 2018 were discussed.
Legal Alliance Company was represented by Dmytro Aleshko, partner, who shared forecasts of changes for 2018.
Mr. Aleshko in his speech noted: “Government has prepared a set of reforms in the pharmaceutical sector which will affect pharmaceutical companies. These reforms include, in particular, approval of the National Drug Policy and new edition on the National List of Medicinal Products, and creation of NTA agency. We should follow these changes and be ready to adjust our work to them.”
The event focused on the transformation of Ukraine's intellectual property sector on its path toward European integration.
