On March 29th, 2018 Kyiv hosted VII Ukrainian forum of medical product market operators organized by the Association of the Medical Product Market Operators, which was attended by more than 200 representatives of the healthcare sector. The key subject of the forum was analytical survey of medical product market in Ukraine and its regulatory aspects.
Legal Alliance Company was represented by partner Dmytro Aleshko, who made a speech “Medical Reform Start in Ukraine”.
In his report, Mr. Aleshko underlined, “Changes taking place in medical sector will concern everyone. Medical guarantees program which will be launched for primary medicine will enable the state to pay for basic medical aid for every citizen of Ukraine. Reform of secondary and tertiary medical aid, which will start in 2019-2020, is not less important”.
The event focused on the transformation of Ukraine's intellectual property sector on its path toward European integration.
