15.01.2015 there was adopted as a whole and as a basis the Draft of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legal Acts of Ukraine (concerning the abolition of import licensing of active pharmaceutical ingredients)" (hereinafter – “the Draft”), which is expected to abolish import licensing of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
To date, the Draft is not passed to the President of Ukraine for signature. The document is effective as of the day following the day of its publication.
Recall that import licensing of API was established on January 1, 2015.
