On February 21st, 2018 Legal Alliance Company together with АВSC counselling firm and Be-it Health & Social Impact marketing agency held business lunch for heads of pharmaceutical companies “Crisis situation in the company: is it possible to be prepared and how to counteract it effectively?”.
At the event the participants in informal environment discussed possible approaches to crisis situations assessment, strategies for managing them and measures to be taken by a company to get prepared to the crisis. Media coverage of complex side effects of the company’s medication discovery was also a focus of the event.
At the lunch the speakers provided specific examples of crisis situations at pharmaceutical companies and told about their own experience of assisting pharmaceutical companies in coping with crises applying effective management mechanisms.
