On September 7th, 2018 Legal Alliance Company team held a corporate workshop “Communication with HCPs and Promotion of Medicines: Rules, Requirements and Limitations Under the Current Legislation of Ukraine”. At the event speakers partner Oleksii Bezhevets and associate Nataliia Abramovych shared practical knowledge and advice with respect to main peculiarities of promotion and advertisement of medicines with workers of an international pharmaceutical company.
During the workshop, the participants also discussed legislative requirements to prevent corruption, in particular restriction in professional activities of HCPs, main requirements to advertisement and dissemination of information on medicines, as well as peculiarities of sponsor and charity support.
At the end of the workshop, the speakers shared their experience regarding marketing activities in the area of law. They also discussed agreements on provision of services / performance of works by HCPs, ways of financing HCPs participation in events, restrictions on personal presents, branded products and other hospitality demonstrations, as well as non-typical promotion methods, including with the use of social network and mobile applications.
