Legal Alliance Company, which four years ago for the first time insured its professional responsibility for clients, since March 2015 has decided to increase the amount of insurance three times - up to 3 000 000 UAH.
Nowadays, in Ukraine a few companies, providing professional services, use this type of insurance. Voluntarily insuring their professional responsibility, the company shows that it is ready to respond for the results of its actions and their consequences.
According to I. Lozenko, the Head of insurance department of JSC "PROSTO-insurance," who is the insurer of occupational hazards of the company:
"Professional liability insurance clearly demonstrates the high level of service of the company for which it is ready to respond, including liability for damage. This action also proves the attitude of the company to its clients to ensure property interests, for which the company voluntarily enters liability insurance in case of unintentional professional mistakes made by its employees. For four years Legal Alliance Company had not any insured event that proves the compliance of the company's services with European and international standards".
