On May 2015 Legal Alliance Companies’ team acted as legal counsel to German pharmaceutical company with respect to the launch of the new analgesic medicinal product to the Ukrainian market.
During the project execution the team of lawyers provided the range of consultations regarding to penetration of medicinal product in a new packaging for pharmacists in compliance with the laws of Ukraine and APRaD Code.
Legal Alliance’s scope of work covered advice on the most effective promotion methods at the stage of medicine launch, the possible number of drugs packaging, purchasing by the representative of the company with the aim of their further demonstration, as well as on the possibility of the new drug testing by the representative of the pharmacy chain during the meetings.
The firm’s project team was led by Senior associate Alexander Bondar.
