Anatoliy A. Menshikov is graduated from Dnepropetrovsk State University and Odessa National Law Academy. Prior to joining Legal Alliance Company, Mr. Menshikov occupied position of the General Counsel, Chief Tax Inspector of Legal Service to the State Tax Administration of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. The legal position of Mr. Menshikov in tax disputes often influenced the further formation of the legal practice in Ukraine.
