The team of Legal Alliance Company successfully maintained the complex project on license warehouses exchange between legal entities.
During project realization lawyers provided the range of consultations, including with control authorities, drafted documents and maintained bargains, and according with these bargains one company has expanded the area for licensed activity and the other company has reduced such area. On the results of bargains the relevant changes were registered in state authorities.
The project was assisted by Counsel Natalia Lavrenova and an Associate Oleksandr Yanev.
