The team of Legal Alliance Company successfully realized project concerning burdening dismissal on real estate.
Based on the conclusion credit contract the burdening was imposed on client’s real estate, including a land lot and a range of non-residential properties. The project peculiarity was the fact that credit contract and mortgage contract were still in force in the period of temporary administration. For three weeks the lawyers of Legal Alliance Company has been providing numerous events and negotiations, which leaded to successfully burdening dismissal on client’s real estate.
As Counsel Natalia Lavrenova said: “Within period of active application of temporary administration for Ukrainian banks it is necessary to outwatch conducted operations and quickly and efficiently behave to any changes”.
