Legal Company "Legal Alliance" has successfully defended Client's interests in the proceedings of the permanent administrative board of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for handling complaints about violations of the law on public procurement with respect to the supply of medical devices.
The subject matter of the appeal became illegal actions of the customer at the review and evaluation of competitive bidding proposals in connection with what rights and legitimate interests of the Client were violated.
Upon review of the case by the board the customer is obliged to cancel all decisions taken after the disclosure of competitive bidding proposals submitted by the participants of the procurement procedure and complete the procurement in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On public procurement".
