On the 25th day of February 2015 the Ukrainian Pharmaceutical Quality Institute will arrange the conference on “Peculiarities of import of medicinal products and medical devices to Ukraine”.
Legal Alliance invites to visit the event all managers of incorporated businesses performing import of medicinal products and medical devices; managers and specialists of financial and legal services, directors on international economic activity of pharmaceutical manufacturers, and other specialists involved in these processes.
As speakers there have been invited representatives of MH of Ukraine, State service of Ukraine for medicinal products, State customs service of Ukraine etc.
The conference will include consideration of questions concerning import of non-registered medicinal products and medical devices, including for the purposes of ATO; practical aspects of importation of medicinal products and medical devices, application of customs law by their importation; specific features of customs registration of substances and products in bulk; Ukrainian law concerning customs registration of medicinal products and medical devices; some peculiarities of price determination for medicinal products and medical devices, procedure of its approval.
