Legal Alliance Company has become one of the four partners of the EBA Healthcare Committee in 2017. It was decided so by the Board of the Committee upon the tender results in January.
The EBA Healthcare Committee unites 60 companies engaged in the development, manufacture and supply of medicinal products and medical devices to Ukrainian market, as well as which provide for clinical trials in Ukraine.
From February 7th, 2017 Legal Alliance team will participate in the analysis of regulations in the pharmaceutical sector, provide legal support to the development of the Committee positions, drafts of legislative initiatives or changes in existing legislation, and other issues that require legal examination.
Dmytro Aleshko, head of Pharmaceutical Regulatory department of Legal Alliance Company commented on partnership with the EBA Committee as follows: "Today, the EBA is one of the most powerful mouthpieces of businesses operating in Ukraine.
