Andrii Gorbatenko, Legal Alliance Associated Partner, became an expert panel member of Healthcare Creative Forum – the only in Ukraine Forum on creative tendencies in pharma business.
Within the panel discussion, the Cannes Lions Health commercials were shown to the experts. Further, a discussion was held on how different tools will operate in Ukraine, and Mr. Gorbatenko in his turn provided a legal assessment on what was demonstrated. As a result, the panel discussion turned out to be emotional and captivating at the same moment.
Commenting on the Forum and his participation therein, Andrii Gorbatenko noted "Nowadays creativeness has long been considered as a progress. And it is great that there are people who are not afraid to make headway even under strict regulatory control (and the Forum was a clear evidence to this statement).
