Mr. Andrii Gorbatenko, Legal Alliance Associated Partner, spoke at international forum “ВІТ-2016”. This was a unique event as it gathered all areas of communication and information technologies: data processing center, cloud, WLAN, IP, and opportunities for production process automation.
In his report ”Technologies on Service of SMART Legal Company”, Mr. Andrii Gorbatenko informed on the role of informational technologies in the organization of the company’s staff – in particular, on the remote work of Legal Alliance employees – and on the ways how SMART-technologies help to save time and money and therewith increase the level of clients’ servicing and performance quality of associates work.
“We are the first and so far the only company on legal market to establish a SMART-office and deeply implement IT technologies into our work – commented Mr. Gorbatenko – This required (and still requires) a lot of efforts from us, but it is worth it. Having refused from the concept of the employees’ strict link to their workplaces from 9 a.m. and “till final victory”, we let the employees develop their own schedules, improved our office space. As a result, this led not only to organizational changes, but also to the employees’ new attitude to their work. We and our Clients are satisfied with the results”.
The event focused on the transformation of Ukraine's intellectual property sector on its path toward European integration.
