On October 11, 2014 was held Ukrainian Procurement Forum. The associate with Legal Alliance Alexander Yanev presented a report on "Public procurement of medicinal products and medical devices in the new environment."
During his presentation, Alexander told the forum participants, in particular, about the innovations that have emerged with the adoption of the new Law of Ukraine "On public procurement". The speaker also gave practical advices to participants in public procurement on how to minimize the risks associated with the submission of competitive bidding proposals, and provided an explanation as to whether the new law is able to effectively solve the problems existing in the procurement of pharmaceutical products, including issues related to the formation of the technical specification of the subject matter of procurement, a significant increase in currency exchange rates, etc.
