Changes have been made to nomenclature of medicines and medical product procured for budget funds in 2018.
In particular, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 366 as of May 16th, 2018 supplements the List of Medicines and Medical Products Procured Under Procurement Agreements with Specialized Organizations which Carry Procurement in Areas of Budget Funds Use in 2018 Under the Program “Provision of Medical Measures in Some State Programs and Comprehensive Measures of Program Nature”. This list was approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 278 as of March 28th, 2018.
The following categories of drugs were added:
Resolution No. 366 as of May 16th, 2018 is aimed at ensuring patient access to necessary medicines and will become effective on the day of its publication.
