On January 3rd, 2023 the new Rules of organization and maintenance of military records of conscripted soldiers, persons liable for military service and reservists were adopted by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No.1487 dated December 30th, 2022.
The government specified the obligations of businesses regarding the maintenance of the military records of the employees. The Rules also established the nuances of the employment of women that hold a degree in medicine and pharmaceutics — from now on, the registration at work will not be required until the end of 2026. Regarding the general military registration for such women, there are no changes yet.

Same as before, the violation of the new Rules may result in administrative fines for the management of the employer. However, the chances of imposing sanctions are much higher as now more obligations were assigned to the employers.
