On 08.09.2015 the Ministry of Health has subsequently published on its website the Draft Law «On the Annulment of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine Decree № 1000 from December 29, 2011» for public discussion.
The Draft Law has been developed in order to cancel the Obligatory Minimal Assortment of (Socially Oriented) Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Products for Pharmacies approved by the Ministry of Health Decree № 1000 from 29.12.2011.
Please pay attention that the abovementioned list had been developed during the period of avian influenza epidemics aimed at achieving the availability of basic medicinal and pharmaceutical products for the consumers. However, since than this list has not been reviewed and lost its actuality. Moreover, the items included into the list are duplicated by another lists of medicinal products being subject to public regulation.
