​Natalia Modlenko spoke on the Ministry of Health regulatory initiatives at ІІI Marketing Conference of Pharma Industry in Ukraine

Natalia Modlenko, Legal Alliance Associate, presented a report "The Latest Regulatory Initiatives of the Ministry of Health. Influence on Pharma Market" at the ІІI Marketing Business-Conference of Pharma Industry in Ukraine "Living Today".

In the course of her presentation Natalia Modlenko focused on the following:

• National policy on medicinal products, its goals and components;
• goals and perspectives of the implementation of National List of Medicinal Products in Ukraine;
• reformation of the declaration system of wholesale and retail prices for medicinal products, and hidden pitfalls to be faced by pharma market;
• implementation of medicinal products’ price reimbursement system (implications, problems and market expectations).
