On September 11th, 2018 the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Security Service of Ukraine changed the Requirements to Organization of Work for Issuance of Entry and Transit Visas to Ukraine. The corresponding changes were enshrined in the joint order No. 364/705/1465 as of August 23rd, 2018.
Depending on the purpose of visit and visa type, new code indications have been set. In particular, for long-term visa of D-type for founders or members (beneficiary owners) of a legal entity code D-12 will be used.
Therefore, while planning entry to Ukraine, foreign founders should take into account the novelties and correctly state purpose of the long-term visit to obtain the corresponding visa.
