According to the Order of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine dated on May 6, 2014 renewed List of medicinal products, approved for consumers in Ukraine and which may be released from pharmacies and their structural departments without prescription, has been adopted. It shall be noted that date of its entrance into force depends on date of its official promulgation.
The draft decreases quantity of medicinal products that patients can freely buy without prescription in pharmacies and their structural departments. The List contains medicinal products that were included to the State register of medicinal products as of March 1, 2014.
Quite logical seems also that Order stipulates cancelation of the current List, which was approved by the Order of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine of February 25, 2013 № 166.
