On October 18th, 2018 professional periodical “Yurydychna Gazeta” published results of the survey “Choice of the Client. TOP 100 the Best Lawyers of Ukraine – 2018” which determined leaders of the Ukrainian legal business.
Dmytro Aleshko, Oleksii Bezhevets and Illya Kostin, partners at Legal Alliance Company, were determined among the best leading lawyers of the practice “Medical Law/Pharmaceuticals”. Besides, Illya Kostin was distinguished among the practice leaders in the sector “Intellectual Property”, and Oleksii Bezhevets – among leaders of the practice “Corporate Law/M&A”.
Andrii Gorbatenko, partner at Legal Alliance Company, was awarded as one of the leaders of the practice “Antimonopoly Law”. Taras Bezpalyy, counsel at Legal Alliance Company, was recommended among lawyers in the practice “Criminal Law and Process”.
“Choice of the Client. TOP 100 the Best Lawyers of Ukraine” – annual all-Ukrainian survey of quality of legal services provided by Ukrainian lawyers and determination of the best lawyers of Ukraine. The survey is done in 2 stages: I stage – questioning of in-house lawyers on who they consider the best lawyers in their respective practices. II stage – questioning of associates on who, in their opinion, are leaders in the respective areas of law.
The event focused on the transformation of Ukraine's intellectual property sector on its path toward European integration.
