As the official website of the State Administration of Ukraine on Medicinal Products, working group on wholesale and retail sale of medicinal products in the State Administration of Ukraine on Medicinal Products elaborated the draft of Order of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine "On Amendments to certain orders of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine".
The document is expected to amend the order of Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine dated October 31, 2011 р. № 723 "On approval of the license terms of the economic activity of drug manufacturing, wholesale and retail sale of medicinal products".
The most important proposal on changing can be called the permit to keep in premises of pharmacies medicinal products and related products, which pharmacies do not belong, subject to observation of requirements of License terms.
Recall that at present the transfer by the subject of his own medicinal products for safekeeping to another subject’s storage is banned. Previous management of the State Administration of Ukraine on Medicinal Products argued against permit for such actions.
