Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 43 "On Amendments to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 955 as of October 17th, 2008 and No. 240 as of July 2nd, 2014" No. 43 as of January 25th, 2017 cancelled the requirement to declare gross wholesale prices for medicinal products.
In particular, the new edition sets out the Procedure for declaration of change in gross wholesale prices for medicinal products and medical products approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 240. The name of the Procedure excluded the phrase "medical products", nor does it contain provisions regarding declaration of medical devices.
In addition, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 955 was amended to read that at the procurement of medical devices for the budget cost, supply and sales mark-ups are added to the gross wholesale price, including taxes and charges (that is, to not declared gross wholesale price).
