On May 27th, 2019 Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Reference Pricing for Medicines Procured for Budgetary Funds” No. 426 as of April 3rd, 2019 was published on the CMU official website. The Resolution prescribes introduction from July 1st, 2019 of state price regulation for some medicines included to the National List of Essential Medicines and procured for budgetary funds.
The list of medicines covered by reference pricing in the near future will be put on public discussion.
