Recently, we helped a client change the model of operation in Azerbaijan and Armenia. Previously, this pharmaceutical company worked directly through local offices. However, due to the optimization of business processes, the client's business in the specified countries was re-organized through contractors.
On our side, all necessary processes were implemented regarding agreements with employees, termination of a number of contracts with vendors, and inspections before closing offices.
In addition, we helped the client to organize activities in Azerbaijan and Armenia with the involvement of local contractors: we conducted negotiations, developed and agreed contracts for the client's continuous operation in the markets despite the closure of local offices.
These actions allowed the client to update the business model, and also to optimize the costs in the markets of Azerbaijan and Armenia.
The projects were accompanied by partner Vitalii Savchuk and senior associate Yaroslav Furiaka.
