On September 28th, 2018 I Forum of Advocates of the Future “Legal Practice: Secrets of Success” took place.
At the corresponding sessions the participants discussed a number of issues crucial for the sector, in particular, methods of proving in criminal and administrative litigation, judicial protection, 3D protection, key mistakes of the defense, and also learned how to build a successful practice. The attending judges shared position of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court on Criminal Cases and peculiarities of introduction of modern management methods in court.
Taras Bezpalyy, advocate and counsel at Legal Alliance Company, spoke at the session “Latest Issues of Criminal Proceedings”, and together with representatives of the Supreme Court, Constitutional Court of Ukraine and advocates analyzed the procedure for granting the notice of suspicion in criminal proceedings, as well as focused on the possibility of cancelling the notice of suspicion and delivering judgments of acquittal due to non-compliance with the procedure for granting the notice of suspicion.
