On 15 September 2015 the AMCU published on its website theRecommendation Clarifications on applying the provisions of part 2 and part 5 of Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Economic Competition”, part.1 and part 2 of Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Economic Competition”.
By way of a remark, no amendments were made to the final version of Clarifications in comparison to the draft which was published on the AMCU’s website in July of the current year.
