The AMCU has released the information as regards amending the Regulation on Control over Concentration of Business Entities.
The aforesaid amendments provide for limitation of general term for considering applications and cases on granting permission for concentration to 180 days including the period for collecting supplementary data necessary to take the decision on the case.
The only exception to this rule concerns the situation when the applicant himself files to the Committee the motion on extension of the deadline for provision of the data required to consider the case.
As of today, the term for obtaining the data requited in order to consider the case on concentration is unlimited.
