The State Committee on the Development of Infrastructure and Environmental Policy has supported the Draft Law "On Amendment to Certain Laws of Ukraine As Regards Banning Placement of Advertising Vehicles within the Easement Area of Automobile Roads of General Use".
The Draft Law provides for banning placement of outdoor advertisements within the easement area of automobile roads of general use.
Thereby, permits for placement of outdoor advertisements within the easement area of automobile roads outside populated localities, issued and agreed before the enactment of the Law shall remain in effect until the date of their expiry. Hence, advertising vehicles installed in compliance with the previous legislation shall be dismantled only upon expiry of relevant permissive documents' validity.
