The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from June 17, 2015 № 413 "On the procedure of notifying the State Fiscal Service and its territorial bodies regarding employess admission to work" was admitted.
The decree approved a form of notification of the employeeacceptance at work and set up that it should be applied by the owner of the enterprise, institution, organization, or authorized person or individual to the territorial bodies of the SFS at the place of their registration as a payer of a single fee for obligatory state social insurance.
The notification should be submitted before the employee admittance according to employment contract with one of the following ways:
- Electronic letter with electronic signature of responsible persons;
- On paper, with an electronic copy;
- On paper, if labor contracts are signed with no more than 5 persons.
The information that is contained in the notification of employment, should be included into the registers of insurers and insured persons.
P.S. According to Article of law 24 of the Labour Code, the employee is not allowed to work without labor contract and SFS procedure notifying prescribed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
