On May 26, 2015 the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Data about Ultimate Beneficiary Owner of Legal Entity” of May 21, 2015 No. 475-VIII became effective.
Consequently, legal entities were granted additional four moths for entering data about ultimate beneficiaries to the Unified state register. In other words, data about them must be submitted to state registrar before September 26, 2015.
Provided that, religious organizations, state and municipal enterprises, as well as legal entities owned solely by individuals and provided these individuals are simultaneously the founders (participants) of these legal entities, are released from such obligation.
Please note, that one shall submit to the state registrar before September 26, 2015 the following data about:
To enter the above-mentioned data to the Unified state register a representative of legal entity shall submit to state registrar registration card of Form 4.
It should be noted, that legal entities, which have already submitted card of Form 4, are released from an obligation of its resubmission.
