Within the program “Affordable Medicines” on January 21st, 2019 the Ministry of Health of Ukraine by its Order No. 148 approved the new version of the Register of Medicines Subject to Reimbursement (hereinafter – the Register).
The updated Register includes 257 names, which is 4 names less than in the previous one. Among them there are 35 medicines reimbursed by the government in full, and 222 medicines obtained for a surcharge.
The countries manufacturers of medicines contained in the Register are Ukraine, EU countries (France, Germany, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Malta, Bulgaria, Ireland, Sweden, Spain, Finland and Greece), Macedonia, Switzerland, India and Israel.
Let us remind you that according to the Ukrainian legislation the list of medicines reimbursed by the government will be updated once half a year. Entities whose medicines cost does not exceed 10% of the lowest price offers for a daily dose before January 28th, 2019 were able to reduce the price so that their cost could be fully reimbursed.
We are thrilled to announce a major milestone in our team's growth and celebrate the well-deserved career advancements of our colleagues.
