Verkhovna Rada registered a draft law "About amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning improvement of certain provisions on the activities of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine» № 2183 from 30.06.2015.
The draft law envisages that an open competition for the positions in the central office of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (hereinafter - NAB) shoul begin in four months from the date the Law of Ukraine "On the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine", come into force, that is from 25 May 2015.
However, the the Project defines that the appointment of employees at NAB positions is carried out by the results of the closed competition in order to prevent leaks of classified information.
In addition, the draft proposes to establish that the territorial administration will be leaded by the head, not the director, as it is defined now.
In the case of this draft adoption, its provisions will come into force on the next day of Law publicatio.
