Attorney-at-law Maryna Mkrtycheva developed a legal position on the case against a person accused of committing a multiple crimes related to tax evasion, document forgery, drafting and issuing false documents and entering falsified information into them, forgery of documents submitted for state registration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur. The court accepted the defense's arguments that the expiration of the statute of limitations for bringing a person to criminal liability and dismissed the accused from criminal liability for 12 out of 14 charges, of which the client was accused.
