On March 1st, 2017, Legal Alliance Company dispute resolution team successfully defended interests of one of the leading private medical clinics in the case of recovery of material and moral damages.
The reason for the trial, according to the plaintiff, was provision of poor quality medical services. Despite contradictory case file and conclusion of forensic experts, the court of first instance satisfied the plaintiff's demands for recovery of material and moral damages in full.

Based on the results of a comprehensive study of the circumstances and file of the case, the Appeal Court of Kiev granted the complaint of the medical clinic and dismissed the plaintiff’s claims to the medical institution in full.
Representation of the Client's interests was carried out by Nataliia Lavrenova, counsel of Legal Alliance Company, attorney-at-law.
