Legal Alliance Company has advised the Polish food producer on imports of its products in Ukraine.
In the course of the works on the Client's request, associates examined the peculiarities of the products, that are planned to be launched on the Ukrainian market, and taking them into account they prepared Guidelines for the Client that addresses basic issues of legal regulation of product`s further circulation in the territory of Ukraine. In the course of consultation the basic legal framework relating to the regulation of the Client's products has been described, qualification of such products with due consideration of their composition has been forecasted, the registration procedure in Ukraine for such categories of food products as dietary supplements and up-to-date food products has been explained.
